No. Most of our team started without professional sales experience. We train the fundamentals of communication, customer acquisition and business-to-business sales from day one. What matters is that you are competitive, coachable and willing to be trained.
Yes. This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our Pittsburgh office at 730 Holiday Dr Ste 113, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Coaching and development happen face to face, which is why we do not offer this role remotely.
You begin by learning our clients and representing them with business customers. As you produce results, you start coaching and mentoring newer team members, then move into team management, performance development, recruiting and business operations.
We hire from athletics and competitive sports, military service, retail, wireless, hospitality, customer service, promotions, business development, account management, direct marketing and sales — as well as recent graduates and early-career professionals with strong communication skills.
